The Legal viewpoint on the presence of foreign troops in Occupied Somalia. Under the Charter of the United Nations, the purposes and principles under Article two of the charter, stipulates the following:

''All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations''.


The Charter can be read on the website of the United Nations. The United Nations and the international community pay little attention to the unwelcomed presence of Burundian, Djiboutian, Ethiopian, Kenyan, Ugandan and other countries who work for the interests of Addis Ababa, Brussels, London and Washington, in order to wreck havoc on the Somali inhabited Regions and maintain the status quo in our country.


The Charter of the United Nations which fails the Somali people, the territorial integrity of Somalia, weakens any opposition to the occupiers and which fails to even respect the National Sovereignty of Somalia.

Only a strong military State can bring Somali unity and expel foreign forces on our soil. We can defeat our enemies who have invaded Somalia from Addis Ababa, Nairobi and other capitals with the full backing of Western powers to continue the chaos in our country.
